Special and Odd size Personalization
Premere Apus is exceptionally well suited for odd shaped and large irregular pieces. Special fixtures can easily be adapted to these products and attached to the machine table. The machine is constructed with an extra heavy frame to permit the very large throat opening. This enables a wide variety of applications to be accommodated easily. Designed for manually loaded personalization of products of all sizes and odd shapes in a production setting. This machine is capable of personalizing up to 2 products per minute.
The Premere Apus is operated by Flesher’s new iStamp software, the new standard for automated hot foil personalization. iStamp software utilizes templates to make previous set-ups immediate available. Templates including product size and position, lettering style and location, lettering justification, embossing dwell and depth settings, a laser calibration system and much more are all part of iStamp. Array stamping on multiple small products is one of iStamp's many features. iStamp can import data from your PC or network files.
